SC 1000

Our primary camera is the Thermacam SC 1000 focal plane array (FPA) infrared system. Featuring cooled PtSi detector technology, the SC 1000 provides high-resolution shortwave imaging performance, outstanding thermal sensitivity and image uniformity for precision temperature measurement from -10° to over 2000°C. Unmatched accuracy and reliability in a single field-portable instrument make the SC 1000 ideal for a wide variety of thermal test and measurement applications.
Designed to perform in demanding and diverse environments, the rugged, lightweight Thermacam SC 1000 offers optimal flexibility. It can be configured for continuous operation as a stand-alone thermal analysis system in testing environments or as a hand-held camera for t5hose applications requiring portability.
This model includes the use of diffractive optics providing radiometric stability over the entire field of view. An automatic ambient temperature drift compensation (ATDC) system, along with a LOWTRAN-based atmospheric correction model, ensures precision measurement performance.
A wide array of lenses and filters accommodate virtually any measurement scenario: telescopes for long range target measurements and microscopes for targets as small as 15 microns. Spectral filters allow accurate analysis of plastic, glass, C02 and high temperature targets.
Coupled with FLIR's Thermacam Researcher, Reporter or Tracer Plus Real-time Digital Image Processing Software, the SC 1000 features powerful storage and analysis capabilities utilizing the 12-bit digital measurement data the camera produces. Simply connect the SC 1000 to a notebook PC for a totally portable, battery powered research solution.

Easy Data Manipulation - Export data seamlessly to Excel, Matlab and other common analysis packages.
