TEAMWORKnet, Inc. Key Personnel

  • Kenneth R. BuShea, P.E. is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Florida, and CEO and Founder of TEAMWORKnet, Inc. (TWN). Ken has thirty plus years of significant experience in business, technical integration of systems and has proven successful in bringing engineering services to market. He has also been involved in permitting and negotiations on behalf of clients. Ken has worked before the Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) and at one time was a finalist for a seat on the Commission.

  • Christopher W. Seelig, P.E., is the President of TWN and has sixteen plus years of experience in power system engineering including power generation, transmission, substation and switchgear design. Chris has provided leadership to deliver exceptional customer service and delivery of quality engineering.

  • Paul W. Wood, E.E. is the Vice President of Operations - TWN, and has over ten years of experience in engineering economic analysis, engineering modeling, and utility rate and financial analysis. He is instrumental in the preparation of reports and studies as well as interfacing with the clients. Paul has provided leadership in business management for TWN’s staff of ten (10) engineers, design staff, and supporting CAD and office personnel.

  • Harry J. Tittel, E.E. is the Vice President of Engineering -TWN, and has ten plus years of experience with power engineering studies including short circuit, relay coordination, load flow, power quality and harmonic analysis.

  • Thomas E. Ashline, P.E., is a junior partner in TWN and has significant experience with detailed field engineering including project startup, system troubleshooting, and final commissioning of engineering systems.

  • William W. Engel, P.E., a registered Professional Engineer, has over 44 years experience in engineering, construction, startup, and economics of power plants. He has also managed several large power plants (1700 MW plus) and system operations for Investor Owned Utilities (IOU) and other energy suppliers.

  • Paul D. Gates, C.E., is the President of MCIS, Inc., a telecommunication subsidiary of TWN. Paul has significant business experience in energy, power production and information management systems. He has over twenty years utility experience with project management and the integration of hardware, software, communication, and information systems as well as testimony before the FPSC.
